In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately so that I can work with you to determine a solution.
I have heard the phrase "It's even more beautiful in person!" from many of my customers, and I'm flattered that so many of them return to buy from me again. However, if you aren't pleased with your purchase, I want to help find a solution. While I cannot provide refunds, I am open to working with you on an exchange within 30 days of the date you received the item. Please use the form below to begin that conversation.
*Note: costs to ship an item back to me to make an exchange will be at the purchaser's expense. Items should be shipped to me using the original packaging or something that will similarly protect the item from damage in transit.
