This original miniature painting was inspired by the culture, history, and scenery of the Monterey, California, peninsula. Sardines emerge from a tin adorned with the famed Lone Cypress tree of Pebble Beach. The tin floats in the Carmel Bay with a sailboat in the distance and a backdrop of the Santa Lucia Mountains.
Created with gouache paint on 140 lb. Legion hot pressed Stonehenge Black watercolor paper, this painting measures 3×2" and comes in a signed mat and frame that brings the overall size of the piece to 4.75x3.75”. It ships free.
